

近日,浙江理工大学钱淼教授一行莅临GRAEFF(格拉夫)开展参观考察与学术研学交流,重点调研工业传感技术,特别是高温熔体传感测控技术在化纤纺织及纺织机电装备场景的实际应用与产业化落地情况。GRAEFF(格拉夫)总裁吴浩博士热情接待并陪同交流。
Recently, Professor Qian Miao and his team from Zhejiang Sci-Tech University visited GRAEFF for inspection and academic exchanges. They mainly looked into the practical application and industrialization of industrial sensing technologies, especially melt sensing and measurement control technologies used in chemical fiber and textile mechanical equipment. Dr. Wu Hao, President of GRAEFF, gave a warm reception and accompanied the discussion.

座谈期间,双方围绕工业传感前沿技术、行业技术难点、学术理论与产业落地融合等内容展开深度交流。结合化纤纺织装备智能化、绿色节能的发展趋势,双方重点探讨了高温熔体传感等核心产品在化纤纺织生产工况下的测控优势、应用价值与技术适配要点。吴浩博士结合企业深耕行业多年的技术积累与实战经验,分享了高端工业传感领域的创新成果与行业趋势,双方互通学术研究与产业实操经验,交流氛围专业浓厚,并就未来深化产学研交流、技术联动达成良好合作意愿。
During the discussion, both sides had in-depth exchanges on cutting-edge industrial sensing technologies, technical challenges and the integration of academic theories and industrial practices. Against the trend of intelligent and eco-friendly development of textile equipment, they focused on the measurement and control merits, application value and technical adaptability of melt sensors in chemical fiber production.
Drawing on the company's long-term technical expertise and practical experience, Dr. Wu Hao shared innovative achievements and industry trends of high-end industrial sensing. Participants exchanged views on academic research and industrial practice in a professional atmosphere. Both sides expressed willingness to deepen industry-university-research cooperation and technical collaboration in the future.

Professor Qian Miao, Doctor and Postdoctoral Fellow of Zhejiang University, serves in the School of Mechanical Engineering at Zhejiang Sci-Tech University. His research focuses on intelligent textile electromechanical equipment, intelligent upgrading of chemical fiber and textile industry, porous material design and manufacturing, as well as intelligent sensing detection technology. He has long been committed to frontier research on energy-saving optimization, precision measurement and control, and flow field analysis of textile equipment. With fruitful research achievements, he has presided over a number of key national and provincial scientific research projects. He has won multiple first prizes of Science and Technology Progress Award from China National Textile and Apparel Council and provincial science and technology progress awards. He has published more than 30 high-level academic papers and obtained over 30 national invention patents, making him a senior expert in the interdisciplinary field of intelligent textile equipment and industrial sensing application.
