近日，GRAEFF（格拉夫）总裁吴浩博士一行受邀访问嘉兴大学外国语学院，参与校企合作专题研讨交流会，聚力深化校企联动、共建人才共育体系，搭建长效产学研合作平台，赋能企业国际化高质量发展。会上，吴浩博士一行与学院领导、学校职能部门负责人、多家合作企业及商会代表齐聚研讨，探索产教融合创新路径，共谋校企协同长远发展。

Recently, Dr. Wu Hao, President of GRAEFF, and his delegation were invited to the School of Foreign Languages, Jiaxing University for a university-enterprise cooperation seminar. Both sides aim to strengthen ties, jointly cultivate talents, build a sustainable industry-university-research platform and boost the company’s high-quality international growth.During the forum, Dr. Wu’s team discussed innovative industry-education integration and long-term collaborative plans with college administrators, university department heads, and representatives from partner enterprises and chambers of commerce.

本次研讨交流会由嘉兴大学外国语学院党委书记刘巧芝主持，院长唐艳芳、党委副书记张啸峰，以及学校社会合作处主管崔怀将代表校方对吴浩博士一行予以接待。双方围绕定向人才培养、产学研项目落地、企业国际化业务支撑等核心议题展开深入沟通。

The seminar was presided over by Liu Qiaozhi, Party Secretary of the School of Foreign Languages, Jiaxing University. Dean Tang Yanfang, Deputy Party Secretary Zhang Xiaofeng, and Cui Huaijiang from the University Office of Social Cooperation received Dr. Wu Hao and his entourage on behalf of the university. Both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on targeted talent cultivation, implementation of industry-university-research projects, and support for the enterprise’s international business.

Combined with GRAEFF’s overall global strategic planning and current business development, Dr. Wu Hao elaborated on the company’s R&D layout, domestic and overseas market expansion plans as well as talent demands for core positions. He pointed out that with the continuous expansion of the company’s overseas business, interdisciplinary technical and operational talents equipped with foreign language proficiency, cross-border business capabilities and an international vision have become crucial pillars for the enterprise’s transformation, upgrading and global expansion.

针对企业经营发展实际需求，吴浩博士明确校企合作落地方向，就企业在岗人员外语与业务素养提升、海外项目配套涉外服务、在校生实习就业输送、产学研联合技术研发等事项与校方达成一致共识。

In response to the practical development needs of the company, Dr. Wu Hao clarified the implementation directions of university-enterprise cooperation. Consensus was reached with the university regarding improving the foreign language and professional competence of in-service staff, providing foreign-related supporting services for overseas projects, arranging internships and job placements for students, and carrying out joint technological R&D through industry-university-research collaboration.

此次走访是GRAEFF（格拉夫）夯实本土布局、深化产教融合、搭建人才梯队的关键一步。未来双方将以此为契机深化战略合作：依托学院教研与人才优势，助力公司海外业务拓展、国际化运营与技术研发；企业则发挥产业与平台优势，共建实习就业基地，定向定制人才培养方案，赋能学生实践成长。

This visit marks a key step for GRAEFF to consolidate its local layout, deepen industry-education integration and build a steady talent reserve. Taking this exchange as a new starting point, both parties will further strengthen strategic cooperation: the School will leverage its teaching resources and talent pool to support GRAEFF’s overseas business expansion, international operation and technological research and development.
